Should any item be damaged during shipment, please contact our customer service within 24 hours to file a claim. Remember to return all things, including any free promotional items included with your order. The return will not be accepted if omitted.
After retrieving your merchandise, we will conduct a quality controlcheck.
If the quality review check is successful, we will repay you using the method you specified. This will occur within fourteen days of your return request being submitted.
Note that if the quality check fails, you will not be refunded and the merchandise will be returned.
